Once you have purchased the Residential Plan you are given a phone number at no charge to use with your service. Within the sign up process you will be given many phone numbers to choose from. The Residential plan also entitles you to use 2 lines concurrently, this means that you are able to have 2 lines available at any given time for incoming and outgoing calls.
