I am a user of K5 services. Its good to be with K5 as it helps me to save lots of money as well as convenience of connecting with my loved ones. The staff at K5 are very helpful and prompt in responses. K5 recently upgraded their website and it is really user friendly and I can access a lot of useful information. I do really appreciate their efforts in providing such services. - Saqib Ali I’ve been using K5 Voip for my telephone and fax service for eight months. As a sole practitioner accountant, my telephone calls were costing around $180/month. That has been reduced to around $50/month since I changed to Voip with K5. In addition, I’ve been able to save a further $30/month line rental by ditching the separate fax line that I previously had thanks to the K5 fax solution. The service I’ve received from K5 has been great. Being in regional Victoria, any contact has been via email or telephone and always promptly dealt with. The change over to Voip went without a hitch. It’s been about six months since I have become k5 customer, K5 has been providing with the VOIP packages with good service quality in a very cost effective ways such as DID and cheap call rates for long distance calls. Hi! Well it was good that you called to check on how the my service is going. To be honest I’m well satisfied by your service so far. I've no problem with your service. Secondly, the quality of voice is also good no problems while talking. Thirdly, saving well no doubt a good saving of money.
Fourth, about the general support from K5 well i never have a chance to give a call to you but yesterdays call was good for appreciation. Overall, I’m well satisfied by your service.

Due to this VoIP service I am constantly in touch with my family back home. The voice quality is also good. This service has given me a great relief from the phone card which is really a pain. In regards of our telephone conversation, I like to confirm that K5 have excellent service so far, we have tried so many companies in past but every one let us down at the end. Voice quality and customer service is very good so far, no complaint. I had only one problem in past but this was handled and fixed.
